iCar - A Beetle in Apple's Bonnet?

The rumors are running wild about Apple this week, as speculation Wednesday about a new iPod announcement gave way Thursday to rumors that the company is partnering with Volkswagen on a new "iCar." Apple CEO Steve Jobs and Martin Winterkorn, chairman at Volkswagen, reportedly met in California recently, and they plan to meet for further discussions. The logical conclusion, according to many, is that the two companies could be collaborating on an iCar replete with Apple technologies.
