Apple Names IBM Exec as General Counsel |
Apple Computer, maker of the popular iMac computers and iPod music players, on Monday named Donald J. Rosenberg as senior vice president and general counsel. Rosenberg currently holds those positions for IBM, where he has worked for more than 30 years. The move comes weeks after CEO Steve Jobs apologized to shareholders and employees after an internal probe uncovered irregularities in past stock option grants and raised "serious concerns" about two former officers.
