iPhone Gains a Little Nordic Exposure |
Cell carrier TeliaSonera announced on Tuesday that it landed a deal with Apple to bring the iPhone to the Nordic and Baltic markets. The agreement means that customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia can officially get their hands on Apple's combination iPod and smartphone before the end of 2008. TeliaSonera's announcement follows in the footsteps of other cell carriers from around the world.
Orange, Vodafone, Rogers, American Movil and Swisscom have all announced similar deals.
