After several months of redevelopment work, Stokes Valley Volunteer Fire Brigade () has relaunched its website, which is now powered by Joomla! (1.5).
The brigade, located in Lower Hutt, New Zealand, first went online with back in 2002. After a couple of years, however, the brigade's original site became far too difficult to keep up-to-date, due to the limitations of static HTML pages. The solution was to implement a CMS-based site, and the brigade's website developer had no hesitation in choosing Joomla!
It is hoped that Stokes Valley Volunteer Fire Brigade's new website will prove to be an even more valuable and interesting resource for residents of Stokes Valley, former members of the brigade and fellow firefighters around New Zealand and the... |
